Shipping & Returns

Shipping

• We ship to the United States only, free on every order.
• Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
• Delivery usually takes about 11 days after dispatch from our supplier's US warehouse (the supplier's estimate). Busy periods, including the holidays, can add time.
• Every order is tracked, and the tracking number is emailed when your order ships.
• If tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, email us and we'll look into it.

Damaged, faulty, wrong item, or never arrived

Email us at houndhours@gmail.com within 14 days of the delivery date (or of the last tracking update, for a parcel that never arrived), with your order number and a photo where there's something to photograph. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You don't need to send anything back.

Changed your mind

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email us first at houndhours@gmail.com and we'll send you the return address. Return postage is paid by you, and we refund the price of the item to your original payment method once it arrives and has been checked.

Items we can't take back

Used snuffle bowls can't be returned, for hygiene reasons: once a mat has held a dog's food, it can't be resold.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are sent within 5 business days. Your bank or PayPal may take a few more days to show it.
